Beginning his career at the age of 3 as an actor, Joel’s a life-long communicator, leader, and instructional design pioneer, whose journey spans the spectrum from municipal TV station manager and medical research innovator to Apple instructional designer and edutech executive.
He thrives in front of a group and leading a team.
With decades of accumulated experience and an innate ability to command a room, he’s a naturally accomplished presenter and facilitator, who shares his practical culture and leadership insights enthusiastically.
He founded idStudios in 2021 with a focus on delivering life-enriching workshops and designing behaviour change-focused workplace learning programs.
